             It is also known as "Congenital Analgeria".The conditions described here are ceperated from the "HSAN" group of disorders.Because children and adults with the disorder cannot feel pain,they may not respond to problems,thus being a highest risk of more severe diseases.In this condition often sustain oral cavity damage both in and around the oral caviety(such as having bitten off the tip of their toungh) or factures to bones.Unnoticed infections and damage due to foreign object in the eye are also seen.

Treatment:-It may be that the condition is caused increased production of Endorphins in the brain.In this cased Naloxone may be treatment, but it doesnot always work.As such ,opoid antagonists like Naloxone and Naltrexone may be effecting in treading the condition.
